• TERMS AND CONDITIONS

EXPLANATION

1. The First Party is PT. Success Kabelindo Mandiri (SKM Cable) as a credit provider.
2. The Second Party is the Distributor, as the party applying for a credit facility from the Party
   First

PERIOD OF APPLICATION OF CREDIT FORM

1. The First Party can terminate this agreement unilaterally or change the term and amount of credit
   anytime.
2. Termination or termination of this cooperation does not negate the obligations that have arisen before.

HOW TO PROVIDE CREDIT

1. Giving credit by the First Party to the Second Party is carried out after the First Party conducts a survey.
2. The First Party has the right to refuse credit applications without giving reasons.
3. The First Party has the right to request additional data if needed.

CREDIT REDEMPTION

Credit repayment is carried out by the Second Party in accordance with the agreed time period.

FREEZING OF CREDIT ORDERS

1. Credit freezing is carried out if the Second Party is negligent in fulfilling payment obligations since 14 days from the date
   credit maturity.
2. Freezing credit in the form of the inability of the Second Party to order goods until payment is made
   arrears.

INFORMATION CONFIDENTIALITY

In implementing this credit agreement, the Second Party is required not to disclose any information to other parties
disinterested.

NOTICE AND COMMUNICATION

Notifications and communications that are considered valid are written, namely via WhatsApp, e-mail and correspondence media
other.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If there is a dispute, it will be submitted in writing and resolved by deliberation to reach a consensus. If 7
days after the written submission and no agreement is reached, it will be transferred to the Court in Jakarta.
